The 2020 edition of the European Hotel & Restaurant Awards, organised by the magazine Références Hôteliers Restaurateurs International and officially sponsored by Champagne Collet, was held in Barcelona on Saturday February 1, 2020 in the elegant lounges of the W Barcelona hotel, Marriott group. Many professionals, personalities and journalists were present.
Under the high presidency of Mr. Guillaume Gomez, former head chef de cuisine at the Elysée Palace for the Presidency of the French Republic and President of the Cooks of the Republic, the European Hotel & Restaurant Awards honor each year experienced professionals and outstanding selected from all European countries.
The trophies are awarded on an honorary and institutional basis. The landmarks of the European Hotel Awards Academy take into account human qualities, professional skills and the achievement of a recognized or remarkable career. Awarded either individually or collectively.
