Please keep your status as a 2025 European Hotel Awards laureate strictly confidential until the evening of Monday 17 November 2025. This preserves the impact of the live reveal and supports the year-end communication momentum.

Cocktail Access Card
Use the dedicated page to retrieve your personalized invitation for the Welcome Cocktail (18:00).
How to save (Desktop & Mobile):
• Desktop: Just click the Download button and your invitation will automatically be saved to your computer.
• iPhone / iPad: take a full-screen screenshot (Side Button + Volume Up).
• Android: use Power + Volume Down (or the device shortcut).
If download is blocked on mobile, a simple screenshot is the fastest and most reliable method at the entrance.
Ceremony & Gala Dinner — VIP Access Pass
Your full-access pass for the on-stage ceremony and the gala dinner.
Table numbers appear on your pass from 12 November 2025 (final seating plan).

Remember: the VIP Access Pass is required for Ceremony & Dinner. The Cocktail Access Card alone does not grant dinner access.
Official Photo Shoot & Video Interviews
Schedule: 15:00–18:00 (mandatory) — studio conditions at the Grand Hotel Vilnius.
Attire: evening wear (same as on stage).
Interviews: short video (maximum 3 minutes), clear and inspiring tone.
Punctuality is essential — missed slots cannot be rescheduled.

Retrieve your personalized badge to access the official Photo & Video Sessions at the Grand Hotel Vilnius.
Mandatory: 15:00–18:00 in studio conditions.
Evening attire required (same as on stage).
Short video interview (max 3 minutes).
Please download or screenshot your pass in advance and present it upon arrival.
On-Stage Award Protocol
Time on stage: maximum 3 minutes (speech included).
Introductions by the President, the hotel’s General Manager and possibly a guest. Walk confidently, smile, hold the award at chest level
(slightly tilted for photos), speak clearly and end with a concise, inspiring line. After you step down, you will receive a black pouch for your award.

Accommodation — Grand Hotel Vilnius
Preferential rates (B&B, spa included, subject to availability):

After the Event
Each laureate will be able to download an HD digital certificate (PDF) from a dedicated page. Access to this page will be communicated to you by email the same evening, after the Awards ceremony on stage. Post-event coverage will be published on the Références Hôteliers Restaurateurs and European Hotel Awards channels.
Media Center
We provide you with a secure link to the Media Center after the event so you can access the official photos and press releases. The full list of laureates, along with their press dossiers and event photos, will be published after 17 November.
