Applicable exclusively to B2B clients • 100% online contract • Final validation of a prior agreement
This contract is established for the exclusive use of the Client following a direct tacit agreement between the Parties. It constitutes the finalization of the prior verbal agreement and is not accessible to the public (not indexed on the Internet).
The company Platinium Publications de Presse, registered with the Cannes Trade and Companies Register under number B 423 259 415, organizes the annual European Hotel Awards event, aimed at promoting excellence in the European hotel industry. The purpose of this contract, concluded entirely online, is to subscribe to one of the sponsorship packages offered by the Organizer.
Platinium Publications de Presse reserves the discretionary right to refuse any partnership request that does not meet its qualitative criteria, its ethical charter, or the brand image of the European Hotel Awards, without obligation to provide justification or compensation.
No exclusive partnership will be granted, unless expressly provided for in a separate and signed contract. Official Partner status is reserved for the Premium, Premium+ and Platinum levels, as defined in the current year’s pricing brochure, attached and signed jointly with this contract.
In the event of force majeure or any unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstance beyond the Organizer’s control — including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, epidemic, government restrictions, war, closure of borders, or venue unavailability — the Organizer reserves the right to postpone the event or change its location. In such a case, the contract remains valid without any right to reimbursement, compensation, or indemnity. The event will be rescheduled once within twelve (12) months at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not reasonably possible, the agreement will terminate without liability for either party, with fees already paid remaining allocated to cover the administrative and preparatory work performed prior to cancellation.
The partner agrees to pay the full amount upon validation of the online subscription. No service will be considered due or committed without receipt of payment.
An official invoice, detailing the services and the amounts excluding tax (ET) and including tax (TTC), is issued and sent by email on the confirmation date; it serves as proof of payment and certifies the entry into force of the contract.
Price display: all prices presented online are expressed in euros excluding tax; the amounts including tax are calculated at the legal VAT rate and mentioned on the invoice.
In the event of total or partial default of payment, a reminder will be sent with a maximum period of thirty (30) days for regularization. After this period, late payment interest will be applied in accordance with Articles L. 441-10 et seq. of the French Commercial Code, as well as a fixed compensation for recovery costs. Legal and litigation costs are entirely the responsibility of the debtor.
The Client can subscribe online to the following packages, the names and prices of which are detailed on the dedicated page: Lobbying VIP Access, Networking Sponsorship, Visibility Sponsorship, Media Sponsorship, Prestige Sponsorship, Official Partner.

The One Award Partner, Premium, Premium+, and Platinum levels are not listed on the online platform; they are only offered privately, on request, and are subject to a specific contract, taking into account a tailor-made approach specific to each case.
VAT is applied at the legal rate in force. The intra-community VAT number provided may, after verification, give rise, where applicable, to a VAT exemption in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The Organizer keeps for five (5) years, in time-stamped electronic form, proof of subscription: form data (including Company, VAT), time stamp, IP address, and mention of acceptance of the T&Cs. These archives have probative force between the Parties.
The data collected is necessary for processing the service and for invoicing. It is kept for the contractual period and then archived in accordance with legal obligations. The Client has the right to access and rectify their data: contact@european-hotel-awards.com
As a professional (B2B), the Customer expressly acknowledges that they do not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code.
The Organizer’s liability is limited to the proper performance of the subscribed services and is capped at the amount actually paid by the Client. Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be held liable for indirect, immaterial or consequential damages.
If one or more provisions of these T&Cs are held to be null and void or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation, or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions shall retain their full force and scope.
The Client undertakes not to disclose the exclusive content to which they have access. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Copyright and related rights remain the property of the Organizer.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the registered office of Platinium Publications de Presse (Cannes, France), even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
