Applicable exclusively to B2B clients • Agreement concluded by direct validation between the Parties
This agreement is established for the exclusive use of the Client following direct exchanges between the Parties.
It constitutes the formalization of a prior agreement and is not intended for public distribution.
Platinium Publications de Presse, registered with the Cannes Trade and Companies Register under number B 423 259 415,
organizes the European Hotel Awards.
This agreement confirms the participation of the Client as sponsor or attendee within the proposed packages.
Participation is confirmed following direct agreement between the Parties and becomes effective upon issuance of the invoice and receipt of payment.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any partnership or participation request that does not meet its qualitative standards,
ethical positioning or brand image, without obligation to justify its decision.
No exclusivity is granted unless expressly agreed in writing.
In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the event may be postponed or relocated.
The agreement remains valid without entitlement to reimbursement or compensation.
If rescheduling is not possible, fees remain allocated to cover administrative and organizational work undertaken.
Payment is due in full upon confirmation.
No participation is confirmed without receipt of payment.
An official invoice is issued and constitutes proof of agreement.
Available packages include: Private Attendance, Entry Partner, Official Partner and Premium Partner,
as described on the official sponsorship page.
Prices are expressed excluding VAT.
VAT is applied according to the legal rate in force unless a valid intra-community VAT number justifies exemption.
Exchanges (emails, messages), confirmations and invoices constitute valid proof of agreement between the Parties.
Collected data is used exclusively for administrative and invoicing purposes.
The Client has the right to access and rectify their data.
As a B2B agreement, no right of withdrawal applies.
The Organizer’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client and excludes indirect damages.
All content, branding and event elements remain the exclusive property of the Organizer.
This agreement is governed by French law.
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cannes, France.
Any product presence or placement is subject to prior validation by the Organizer,
ensuring alignment with the event’s positioning and standards.
No placement is guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.
Transport, installation and logistics remain the responsibility of the Partner unless otherwise agreed.
Invitations included in the packages are offered on a complimentary basis,
are not itemized and do not constitute a commercial service.
Participants agree not to solicit, approach or commercially exploit contacts, partners or guests of the event for competing initiatives.
The European Hotel Awards are based on a curated and private professional network.
Any attempt to use, transfer or exploit relationships, contacts or opportunities obtained during the event is strictly prohibited.
This obligation applies to all participants, including guests, partners, accompanying persons and members of the Board.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access, exclude any participant or terminate any collaboration without prior notice in the event of behavior deemed contrary to the integrity or interests of the event.
This obligation remains applicable for twelve (12) months following the event.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate participation without refund in case of breach of these terms or inappropriate behavior.
